申請前查詢的作用是找出類似或相同并對申請有影響的已申請/注冊的商標(biāo)。此費用包括在商標(biāo)注冊署進行商標(biāo)查詢﹑分析和報告查詢結(jié)果以及提供建議。

2.FILING OF APPLICATION, ADVERTISEMENT &REGISTRATION 申請，登報及注冊費

(for one trademark one class) 以一個商標(biāo)申請一個類別計算） $1，500

The flat fees includes disbursement, professional service fees of classifying the goods or services, preparing the relevant application form, filing the application and reporting filing particulars, reporting the allowance of publication, preparing for the publication of Government Gazette, official fees, reporting acceptance of registration, obtaining and forwarding the Certificate of Registration.

b) NOTARIZATION &LEGALIZATION 公證費 $575
The fees includes preparation of POA, which will be notarized at the Consulate of Argentina.

3.MISC(Additional Service Charges 額外服務(wù))

a) Drafting, Amending and Filing Arguments申辯費用( simple argument per case) $400 -$1300

The argument fees may be adjusted based on the complexity of the cases, separate quotation will be issued for cases involving court proceeding.
此費用只限于一般申辯及會因為案件的復(fù)雜程度而有所調(diào)整。另涉及法院程序的案件會根據(jù)個別律師的費用而定，我方將會預(yù)先通知。

b) Renewal 續(xù)期 (for 10 years 有效期十年)
i) For one mark one class 以一個商標(biāo)申請一個類別計算

此費用包括提交續(xù)期文件及繳付官方費用。

c) Change of Address/Name of Applicant 更換申請人名稱或地址 $400
此費用包括提交文件﹑繳付官方費用及公證費，以及寄上更改啟示。

d) Assignment 轉(zhuǎn)讓
費用包括準(zhǔn)備有關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)讓文件﹑提交申請遺跡繳付官方費用。

B. Procedure for applying trade mark registration
Ⅰ.A word, logo or both, which is distinctive, can be applied for trademark registration.
任何具顯著性的文字﹑圖案或文字加圖案的標(biāo)記均可申請注冊。

Ⅱ.An availability search is usually suggested to find out whether there is any similar or identical filed/registered marks which may bar your application. After the search, the filing of the mark will be applied in the specified class with up to 10 goods or services. There are totally 45 classes. The fees for trademark application is for 10 years and the trademark could be renewed every 10 years.
申請前查詢的作用是找出類似或相同并對申請有影響的已申請/注冊的商標(biāo)。查詢后再分類為最多十項指定物品或服務(wù)，總共有45類。費用為有效期十年。之后可在到期日或之前，續(xù)期十年。

Ⅲ.After the filing of the application, the National Institute of Industrial Property will examine the mark in the application. If the application fulfills the requirement, then the application will be granted by the examiner and the National Institute of Industrial Property will require the applicant to advertise the trademark details in the Bulletin of Marks. If no opposition to the application is filed in 1 month time, the Registry will grant the application and issue the certificate. The time span from filing to obtaining a trademark will normally take approximately 12 months.
